摘要
本文介绍间接光度检测高效液相色谱的发展、基本概念和类型,提出三种解释色谱保留和检测响应的机理,讨论了间接光度响应的基本条件、影响保留和检测灵敏度的因素,列表综合已发表的有关应用。
High-performance liquid chromatography monitored by indirect photometry has been reviewed with 70 references. Its development, basic concepts and types are described. Three modes of mechanism to explain the retention and detection response of different analytes are presented. The basic requirements for a chromatographic system to produce indirect photometric response and factors that effect retention and sensitivity of detection are discussed. In addition, the reported applications are summarized.
