高位颈段食管癌的外科治疗 被引量:2

SURGICAL TREATMENT OF HIGH CERVICAL ESOPHAGEAL CARCINOMA

摘要 32例侵及食管近端或下咽部的高位颈段食管癌手术切除后,根据切除范围选择不同的自身空腔脏器,包括全胃、结肠或各种转移皮瓣以及自体喉与气管组织重建消化道。术后94%的患者恢复了良好的吞咽功能,81.2%患者同时保留了正常发声功能。对各种术式的选择、手术要点和注意事项等进行了讨论。 Thirtytwo high position cervical esophageal carcinoma cases(Lowpharynx infiltrated or carcinoma at proximal esophageal end)were treated.According to the ranges of resection.different automaterials such as stomach,colon,rotating skin flaps,autolarynx and trachea were used to reconstruct the digestive tract.94% patients regained good swallowing functions 81.2% patients remained phonatory function at the same time.The selection of reconstruction patterns,key operation procedures were discussed.
