养血调肝方对绝经后骨质疏松症影响的实验研究 被引量:17

Experimental Study of the Effect of Yangxue Tiaogan Formula on Postmenopausal Osteoporosis

摘要 目的:探讨养血调肝方对去卵巢大鼠模型骨密度及骨代谢方面的影响。方法:将雌性6月龄健康wistar大鼠70只随机分为假手术组、模型组、尼尔雌醇组、六味地黄丸组、养血调肝方大、中、小剂量组。用药4个月后检测各组大鼠骨密度、骨矿含量及血清骨钙素、碱性磷酸酶、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶、尿脱氧吡啶酚。结果:养血调肝方能明显地增加去卵巢后大鼠骨密度、骨矿含量;升高去卵巢大鼠血清骨钙素、碱性磷酸酶水平,或降低血清抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶和尿脱氧吡啶酚水平。结论:养血调肝方能通过促进骨形成或抑制骨吸收增加骨密度、骨矿含量,从而对绝经后骨质疏松症有一定的防治作用。 Objective: To evaluate the effect of Yangxue Tiaogan Formula (YTF) on bone mineral density (BMD) and bone metabolism in ovarieetomized rats. Methods: Seventy 6 - month- old female Wistar rats were randomly divided into 2 groups; the model of postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMOP) group established by removing their ovaries and the sham model group. Meanwhile, the rats in PMOP group were randomly divided into 6 groups: the model group, the nilestriol group, the Liuwei Dihuang Pill (LDP) group, the high--dose group, the middle--dose group and the low--dose group of YTF. After 4 months of treatment with different drugs, the contents of BMD, bone mineral content (BMC), serum osteoealein, AKP, TRAP and deoxypyridinoline (D-- Pyd) were detected. Results: Compared with the model group, the contents of BMD and BMC were remarkably increased,the levels of serum osteocalcin and AKP were raised and the levels of TRAP and D--Pyd were reduced in YTF groups. Conclusion: YTF can prevent and treat PMOP by way of promoting bone formation or inhibiting bone resorption in the ovariectomized rats.
