摘要
家禽痛风病是一种蛋白质营养代谢障碍引起的高尿酸血症。对北京某别墅区内饲养的急性死亡的蓝孔雀进行临床诊断、流行病学调查、病理剖检、细菌分离培养、禽流感和新城疫病原检测,证实本例蓝孔雀死亡是由内脏痛风病导致。经加强饲养管理,调整饲料配方,利尿排毒等措施后,有效预防和控制了疾病的进一步发展和发生。
The cause of death of 11 birds in a large blue peacock farm was examined by clinical epidemiological investigation, pathological dissection, bacterial culture and polymerase chain reaction （PCR） of HPAIV and NDV. Results indicated that the cause of the disease was gout. The disease was controlled by improvement of management, adjustment of feedstuff components and other treatments.
