摘要
针对异型坯双水口浇注、表面积大、断面形状复杂等特点,在小方坯定径水口快换机构的基础上,莱钢异型坯连铸机设计采用了双定径水口快速更换装置。不同规格连铸坯对应不同的中间包,两个水口采用独立的更换滑道,上下滑道通过气体弹簧压紧,能够实现每个水口的独立快速更换操作。应用表明,单包平均连拉炉数由使用前的9.3炉提高到31.8炉;铸机作业率由73.2%提高到83.1%;铸坯合格率由98.87%提高到99.75%;耐材消耗由3.82 kg/t降至0.95 kg/t。
Aiming at the characteristics of shaped blank such as double nozzle casting, large surface area and complex section shape, based on the billet sizing nozzle quick changing mechanism, double sizing nozzle quick changing device for beam blank caster was designed and adopted in Laiwu Steel. That is, different blank specification applied corresponding tundish; two nozzles adopted independent changing slide and the upper and lower slides were compacted by gas spring to realize independent changing operation for each nozzles and the slide quick changing can be achieved. Applications showed that single tundish average continuous casting heats were increased from 9.3 before application to 31.8, the caster work rate was risen from 73.2% to 83.1%, the slab eligible rate is improved from 98.89% to 99.75%; refractory consumption is reduced from 3.82 kg/t to 0.95 kg/t.
