摘要 为提高小规格热轧带肋钢筋产量,对小型棒材线生产工艺进行优化改进。在开坯机组上实施大压下大延伸共轭孔型工艺,中轧机组采取固定转速比连轧技术,精轧视品种情况,实施二切分或三切分轧制方法,工艺改进后单槽轧制量由15 000 t提高到23 000 t,实现了轧辊轧槽的共用,产量提高30%以上。 In order to enhance the production of small specification hot rolled ribbed steel bars,the production process of the small bar mill line was optimized and improved,adopting conjugate pass with large reduction and large drawdown in cogging train,taking contiousous-rolling technology with fixed speed proportion in intermediate mill and using two-strand slitting or three-strand slitting rolling depending on the case of finishing-rolling variety.After the technology optimization,the production of a groove was increased to 23 000 t from 15 000 t,realizing the share of rolls and grooves and increasing the output by 30% above.
