Calculating Hot-metal Ladle's Roll-over Moment by the Formula Method

以某炼钢厂140 t铁水罐为例,介绍利用公式法计算其倾动力矩的过程和方法。对形状复杂的铁水罐作了形状上的简化处理,并建立合适的坐标系,利用重心坐标公式和力矩公式,精确、简便地计算出铁水罐的倾动力矩,并据此得到其倾动力矩曲线。

Taking 140 t hot-metal ladle as an example, the author introduced the process and the method of calculating its roll-over moment by the formula method, simplified the hot-metal ladle＇ s complicated shape and established the suitable coordinate system, then, by the areal coordinate formula and the moment formula, the hot-metal ladle＇ s roll-over moment were precisely and easily calculated, and according to those data, the roll-over moment curve was obtained.
