摘要 目的:在温和酸性条件下,对人参皂苷20(P1)原人参二醇组中的两种主要单体皂苷Rd和Rb1酸水解情况进行研究。方法:水解产物采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)标识。结果:人参皂苷Rd降解产生次级苷20(P1)Rg3和F2;Rb1水解后,除以上两种次级苷20(P1)Rg3和F2,主产物表明为Rd。结论:HPLC对人参皂苷在温和酸性条件下降解产物的检测结果是令人满意的,有助于了解皂苷的相互转化特性及其代谢机制。 OBJECTIVE: To study the hydrolysis of ginsenoside Rd and Rb1, two kinds of main ginsenosides of the 20 (P1)protopanaxadiol group, under mild acidic conditions. METHOD: The hydrolysates were examined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). RESULTS: Ginsenoside Rd was decomposed to yield the prosapogenins: 20 (P1)Rg3 and F2; the Rb1prosapogenins were Rd, 20 (P1)Rg3 and F2. CONCLUSION: The results of degradation reaction of ginsenoside under mild acidic conditions monitored by HPLC are acceptable. They will help as to learn changing characteristics and catabolic mechanism of ginsenosides.
