纳米ZnO制备过程中Zn^(2+)转化率的研究

摘要 目的了解常压液相沸腾回流法制备纳米ZnO时溶液中Zn2+的转化率。方法选用Zn(NO3)2与NaOH以不同摩尔量混合反应,在不加添加剂条件下,采用常压液相沸腾回流法制备纳米ZnO,反应过程中,在不同时间取出少量反应液,测定其中Zn2+浓度。结果与结论摩尔比一定时,不同反应时间溶液中Zn2+浓度不同,不同摩尔比时,溶液中Zn2+浓度也不同;从测定的数据可分析Zn2+的转化率和纳米ZnO的收率。结果表明Zn(NO3)2与NaOH摩尔比为1∶3时,纳米ZnO收率最高。 Objective To observe the transformation efficiency of Zn^2+ during ZnO preparation by liquid phase boiling reflux under normal pressure. Methods Zn(NO3) 2 and NaOH were mixed at different mole ratio in the absence of chemical additives. ZnO was prepared by liquid phase boiling reflux under normal pressure. Zn^2 + content of reactive fluid were detected at different timepoints. Results and Conclusion Zn^2+ concentration was varied at different timepoints with the same or different mole ratio. Zn^2 + transformation rate and nano ZnO yield were analyzed by the metered data. ZnO yield is maximal with the mole ratio of Zn(NO3)2 and NaOH being 1:3.
