桡骨外固定器和钢板内固定治疗骨远端不稳定性骨折的效果比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较外固定器和钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折的疗效。方法手法复位石膏外固定治疗失败的桡骨远端不稳定性骨折患者60例,随机分为外固定组和钢板内固定组,每组30例。外固定组采用手法复位外固定架或结合克氏针骨折端交叉固定治疗,钢板内固定组采用切开复位钢板内固定治疗。所有患者均获12个月随访。结果在控制桡骨的短缩、关节面的塌陷及下尺桡关节脱位方面,钢板内固定组优于外固定组(P<0.01或0.05)。术后两组的Garlan评分差异无统计学意义(Hc=1.25908,P>0.05)。结论外固定器和钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折均有良好的临床疗效。但在控制桡骨的短缩、关节面的塌陷及下尺桡关节脱位方面,钢板内固定优于骨外固定器固定。
