摘要
本文利用有限元法计算出了稀土永磁同步电动机的磁场,并对磁场进行了谐波分析,从而求出了电机的参数和性能。在参数计算中,采用了对应于额定运行工况下的磁导率求取电枢反应磁场的方法,从而使求出的电枢反应电抗直接考虑了饱和的影响;在性能计算中,利用求磁场的方法直接求出电枢绕组的磁链,然后根据同步电机的派克理论,直接求出电磁功率。同时利用对电枢磁势与d轴夹角的迭代,求出功率角,从而求出了永磁同步电动机的功角特性。最后对一台研制的3千瓦钕铁硼永磁同步电动机进行了计算和试验。
The field, parameters and performance of rare-earth [permanent synchronous motors are computed and analysed by finite element method. In harmonic analysis, equidistant harmonic analysis method has been used to improve calculating accuracy. In order to take saturation into account, the new method for calculating q-axis and d-axis reactances has been put forward. The electromagnetic power is accurately calculated by the magnetic field calculation. These methods have been used for a 3.0kW self-control permanent magnet synchronous motor. Calculating results show that they very approach the actual measurement results.
