针灸对CY小鼠血清CSF含量及活性的影响

Effects of Acupuncture and Moxibustion on the Content and Activities of CSF in Serum of Cyclophosphamidized Mice

小鼠一次性腹腔注射大剂量环磷酰胺（CY），造成白细胞减少模型，造模第5天用造血细胞培养法检测血清集落刺激因子（CSF）。造模后每日给予一次艾炷灸大椎、膈俞或针刺足三里、三阴交者，血清CSF含量及活性显著升高。

A model of leukopenia was made by a single large dose of cyclophosphamide administrated into mice peritoneally, on the 5th day after modelling the cluster stimulating factor (CSF) in serum was determined with cellular cultrue method. Moxa cone moxibustion was applied to Dazhui (GV 14) and Geshu (BL 17), or acupuncture applied to Zusanli (ST 36) and Sanyinjiao (SP 6) once a day after modelling. The result shows that the content and activities of CSF are increased significantly.
