摘要
用纳米级吸附材料硬硅钙石对焦化废水氨氮进行脱氮试验研究。结果表明,硬硅钙石对氨氮吸附平衡时间为180 min,吸附等温线符合Freundlich和Langmuir方程,吸附等温式为qe=0.434 5Ce0.326 9和qe=0.074 5Ce/(1+0.028 3Ce),1/n=0.326 9在0.1-0.5之间,可以作为焦化废水氨氮的吸附剂使用,计算单层吸附最大吸附量为2.635 7 mg/g。当投加量为2.5 g/100 mL时,硬硅钙石与活性炭对焦化废水氨氮平衡吸附量分别为1.35 mg/g和1.60 mg/g,对氨氮的去除率分别为45.55%和47.25%,两者处理效果差异不断减少。
The de-nitrogenized experimental research is carried out to investigate the effect of treating coking wastewater ammonia nitrogen by xonotlite,a kind of nanophase absorbing material,experiments show that xonotlite can effectively absorb the ammoria nitrogen and the adsorption equilibrium time is 180 min and adsorption isotherm of xonotlite corresponds with Freundlich and Langmuir equation.The adsorption isotherms of xonotlite are qe=0.4345 Ce^0.3269 and qe=0.0745 Ce/(1+0.0283 Ce),1/n=0.3269 is between 0.1-05,so the xonotlite material can be used to the adsrption of coking wastewater ammonia nitrogen.Mondayer maximum adsorption capacity is 2.6357mg/g.When the dosing qusntity is 2.5g/100mL,the NH3-N adsorption capacity of xonotlite and activated carbon on coking wastewater are 1.35mg/g and 1.60mg/g respectively and HN3-N removal rate are 45.55% and 47.25%.
