This paper introduces some experiences on ventilation safety management of Lechang Lead-zinc Mine. There exist difficulties in the ventilation of the south area of the mine with the long wind lane. The problem of ventilation in the south area of the nine is successfully solved by installing aided ventilator and through on-site investigation, accurate calculation, technical and economic analyss and programs comparison.
