摘要
硫化矿石的氧化自燃一直是矿山开采中的重大安全隐患。而温度是影响矿石自燃氧化速率的一个重要指标。结合现场实际条件,运用ANSYS软件对银家沟硫化矿石堆内部的温度场进行了数值模拟,给出了不同时刻矿堆温度场的分布图。为预测矿石的氧化程度,及时地采取措施预防矿山的内因火灾提供了良好的依据。
So far, spontaneous combustion for sulfide are piles is always a fatal safety hidden trouble in mining. And tempersture is an impstant factor which affects the oxygenation speed on spontaneous combustion of sulfide are piles.In accordance with the factual conditions of Yinjiagou,the software of ANSYS is applied to simulate the inner temperature field of sulfide of sulfide are piles and the distributing pichures of temperature field at different time are got.These data provide favorable evidence to forecast the oxidation grade and timely adopt prevention measures for mine intemally caused fires.
