Analysis of Factors Affecting Quality of Postgraduate Education in Xinjiang

通过对新疆9所高校的研究生培养教育情况进行调研,以本地区研究生培养教育质量的影响因素为线索,以解决好研究生、学校、用人单位三方矛盾为切入点,以改善校际行为为重点,建立一条创新型、开放式的特色研究生培养之路,以期从根本上实现新疆地区研究生培养的质与量和谐发展,促进本地区研究生教育事业的长足发展。

Through investigation on the postgraduate educational situation of 9 universities in Xinjiang, it is found that we only take the influencing factors affecting the local postgraduate educational quality as clues, take the good result of solving tripartite contradictory among postgraduates, schools and employer as a breakthrough point, take improving school behavior as a key point, and establish an innovation, open style characteristic road of the postgraduate cultivation, can fundamentally realize an accord development of the quality and quantity of the postgraduate cultivation in Xinjiang, and promote the long-term development of postgraduate education enterprise.
