摘要
企业提升绩效的有效途径是进行绩效管理,然而许多企业在引入绩效管理后,效果却不尽人意。针对目前存在的问题,应采取一系列对策,加强绩效管理,使绩效管理真正帮助管理者改善管理水平,帮助员工提高绩效能力,帮助企业获得理想的绩效水平,切实提升企业竞争力。
Performance management is an effective way to enhance the performance of enterprises. However, for many enterprises, the results of introducing performance management are unsatisfactory. A series of measures need to be taken to enhance performance management, having it help managers improve their management level, help employees improve performance ability, help companies achieve an ideal level of performance, and finally enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
