Exploring Document and Information Recourses and Improving Management of Audio-visual Archives

声像档案是文书档案系统的新秀,具有声形兼备、图文并茂、形象逼真、传播快捷,再现时空、记录历史的特性。网络信息产业的发展、办公自动化的发达、多媒体教学的开发,催化了声像档案的崛起。本文从两个视角切入探讨声像档案建设:一、透视声像档案管理存在问题;二、完善声像档案管理工作对策。

The audio-visual archives are a new character that appears in the documentary archive system with the characteristics of having audio and visual materials, and having both of texts and pictures, vividness, quick transportation, online service as well as the function of recording history. With the development of the internet and information industry, and also with the application of the above mentioned industry on modern clerical work and mih-medium teaching methods, the audio-visual archives have been developed greatly. This article discusses the problems on developing audio-visual archives work from the following two points of view： one is on the problems that may have been existing in audio-visual archives work;the other is on the countermeasures of developing the work.
