强弱型阳树脂优势互补技术在水处理上的应用

摘要 充分利用弱酸性阳树脂工作交换容量大与强酸性阳树脂彻底去除水中阳离子能力的双重优势,从而达到强弱型阳树脂优势互补的目的。中国石油化工股份有限公司北京燕山分公司炼油厂第三水处理站采用强弱型阳树脂优势互补技术,平均周期制水量高出15.00%,平均周期交换离子量高出15.58%,每年约可产生21.25万元的经济效益,并可减少排放酸碱废水7 870 m^3。 In order to realize the purpose of mutual supplement from strong-weak acidic cation exchange resins, the respective advantage, which one is huge exchange capacity in the weak and the other is c.ation removed forcefully in the strong, is applied well. The method have been used in the Third Water Treatment System, Refinery of Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Co. Ltd., SINOPEC, the average periodic output of water increased by 15%, the periodic ion exchange capacity by 15.58%. The considerable economical benefit has been brought such as ¥ 212.5 thousand can be saved, the 7 870 m^3 of acid-alkali waste water reduced in one year only.
