摘要
采用手糊成型工艺,以不饱和聚酯胶液为基料,通过添加多种助剂,研制开发了夜光玻璃钢安全帽外壳并进行了性能测试。测试结果表明:50℃时,安全帽外壳的冲击性能不大于3 328 N;侧向加载424 N压力时,帽壳侧向变形为32 mm,卸压后残余变形为9 mm;帽壳表面电阻为3.8×10^6Ω;安全帽黑暗中发光超过12 h,各项性能符合标准要求。
Based on the unsaturated polyester glue solution, using handlay-up mold technology, and some additives to be added, a new kind of luminous safety helmet made from glass fiber reinforced plastics is developed and tested. The result shows that the resistance to impact of the helmet is not higher than 3 328 N at 50 ℃; the side direction deformation is 32 mm under 424 N of force to be load, the load off, the residual deformation to 9 ram; the surface resistance of 3.8×10^6Ω The luminous period is longer than 12 h in succession at dark, all the other properties are in line with the standards.
