摘要
建立了H_2SO_4-HNO_3湿式消化法处理有机铬试样、采用原子吸收光谱法测定试样中总铬含量的方法,并运用化学分析重铬酸钾容量法对试样中可能存在的Cr(Ⅵ)进行了测定。实验结果表明,所建立的测定铬含量方法简便、准确、快速,相对标准偏差为1.7%,检出限为0.000 95μg/mL。
It was established that the organic chromium sample was treated with wet digestion method by sulfuric acid and nitric acid, the total contents of chromium determined by atomic absorption spectrometry; and chromium(Ⅳ )in the sample was measured by potassium dichromate volumetric method. The results show that the method is simple, accurate and prompt in determination of chromium, 1.7% of the relative deviation, 0.000 95 μg/mL of the detection limit.
