摘要
对酮苯脱蜡装置水溶液系统腐蚀的原因进行了分析并提出了防护措施。糠酸、环烷酸和水是导致水溶液系统腐蚀的原因,其中糠酸腐蚀为主导因素。环烷酸和水则加快了腐蚀速度。为了减轻水溶液系统的腐蚀,应做好以下防护工作:控制原料含醛量及加热炉出口温度和酮回收塔塔底温度;加注缓蚀剂KQ-1;选用优质耐腐材料,提高设备抗腐蚀能力。
The corrosive mechanism of water solution system in ketone-benzol dewaxing plant was investigated and the countermeasure The curse of corrosion is from furoic acid, corrosiveness of which is the most drastic, and naphthenic acid mixed with water, which makes the corrosion accelerated. In order to relieve corrosion of the system, it should be practiced well that both the aldehyde content in raw materials, the temperature at outlet of furnace and the ketone recovery tower bottom are controlled, corrosion inhibitor of KQ-1 applied in the system, to improve corrosion resistance of the equipments excellent materials selected.
