苯酚丙酮灌装系统密闭化改造

Innovation in Airtight System of Phenol and Acetone Transpored into the Tank

摘要 针对苯酚、丙酮灌装过程中污染环境以及物料损耗严重的问题,对苯酚丙酮灌装系统进行了密闭化改造。改造后的灌装系统,不仅可以将操作环境中的苯酚含量降低87%,丙酮含量降低60%~70%,而且回收利用了大部分苯酚丙酮排放蒸气。灌装时产生的排放气体,经过灌装系统吸收塔吸收后,苯酚去除率为65%~80%,丙酮去除率为20%~30%。 In order to solve the serious trouble of pollution environment and loss of material, the system of phenol and acetone transported into the tank was innovated by airtight joint. The phenol content in the air reduced by 87%, the acetone, by 60%-70%, and a large part of the gases to be recycled. The leaked gases were absorbed by the absorbing tower in the process, the phenol of 65%-85% and the acetone of 20%-30% to be removed.
