摘要
对电氧化处理含硫废水的工艺和机理进行了探讨和模拟实验。在容积为10L,pH70~100,S2-浓度50~1000mg/L,CODCr260~2700mg/L的无隔离电净化槽液中,温度30~60℃,槽压3~5V,通过电量08~36Ah/L时,脱硫率与CODCr去除率分别达93%和85%,每kg硫能耗495kW·h或每污水耗能200kW·h。处理成本为氧化脱硫或汽提脱硫的1/3~1/2。
The treatment process and mechanism of electrochemical purification for the sulphur containing sewage have been investigated and simulated.The results in the mode of simulating production showed that the removal rates of sulfide and COD Cr were 93% and 85% respectively in pilot test solution containing S 2- of 50~1100mg/L and COD Cr of 260~2700mg/L with pH value of 7 0~10 0 at temperature of 30~60℃. The specific energy consumption of the process is 4 95kW·h/kg sulphur and treatment cost was reduced to 1/3~1/2 compared with the energy consumption of oxidation or gaseous desulfidation.
