摘要
从PN结的导电原理出发,详细地分析了二极管的伏安特性曲线,对大学物理实验"非线性电阻伏安特性曲线测量"的结果进行了合理的解释。
In this paper, the volt - ammetry characteristic curves of diode are analyzed in detail based on the PN junction conductivity principle. The experimental results of ＂nonlinear resistor volt - ammetric characteristic curve＂ are explained resonably.
