New social stratum: the principal part in the center

强大的中间阶层是社会和谐稳定和政治发展的必要条件。新社会阶层的存在和壮大,是市场经济体制确立和发展的必然结果。确认新社会阶层为社会中间阶层的主体,不仅有利于促进经济的发展,同时可以推动社会阶层关系的整合,推动国家社会关系的重构,从而推动社会主义民主政治的发展。

A strong central part is a prerequisite of the social harmony and stability and political progress. It is also the result of the establishment and development of the market economy. Therefore, the paper argues that identification of the central stratum is in favor of the economic development. And at the meantime, it is also good for the integration of all the strata, the reconstruction of the national relations, and eventually development of the socialist democratic politics.
