摘要
研究了正相高效液相色谱法定量分析天然除虫菊提取液中主要活性成分-6种酯的方法。色谱条件:Luna 100A硅胶柱(250mm×4.6,5(m,美国),流动相为正己烷/乙酸乙酯(90:10,V/V),(=250nm,流速:1mL/min;线性相关系数为0.9987-0.9990,,平均回收率为100.87%(RSD=0.8%)。结果表明该法准确、精密、简便、快速,可以为天然除虫菊酯质量标准的制定提供科学依据。
A method for the direct determination of six pyrethrins in natural pyrethrum extracts by HPLC has been described. A Luna 5（Silica（2） -100A column was used with the mobile phase of n- hexane and ethyl acetate（90：10, V/V） , the wavelength was at 250nm, and the flow rate was 1.0mL/min. Linear regression Coefficient was 0. 9987 -0. 9990, the average recovery was 100.87% with RSD 0.8%. The experiments showed that the method was accurate,reliable and rapid. It can be used for the quality control of natural pyrethrins.
