烃类在氢焰离子化检测器上的峰高校正因子和分离因子的线性关系

摘要 本文从色谱经验规律出发,推导出烃类物质在氢焰离子化检测器(FID)上的峰高相对校正因子(f_i/)与分离因子(S_f)之间呈良好的线性关系:f_i/=AS_f+B。对十种芳烃初步进行试验的结果,线性相关系数为0.9991,f_i/计算值与实验值相对偏差小于4%。 On the basis of the empirical linear relationshipbe tween peak width at half height and the retention time as well as the nearly identical relative weight response factors of hydrocarbons on flame ionization detector, it has been found that there is a good linear relatronship between the separation factor and the relative peak height response factor of hydrocarbons. Primary experiments with 10 aromatic hydrocarbons show that the coefficient of relativity of linear regression is 0.9991, and the relative deviations between calculated and measured values of relative peak height response factors are less than 4%.
