摘要
目的探讨缬沙坦对原发性高血压患者血管内皮功能及臂踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)的影响。方法检测30例原发性高血压患者应用缬沙坦治疗前后血压、血一氧化氮(NO)及臂踝脉搏波传导速度的变化。结果应用缬沙坦后,原发性高血压患者血压及臂踝脉搏波传导速度显著下降(P〈0.05及P〈0.01)、NO明显提高(P〈0.01),且臂踝脉搏波传导速度下降与NO升高之间具有相关性(r=-0.71,P〈0、01)。结论缬沙坦除可有效降压外,还有逆转原发性高血压患者血管内皮功能、改善大动脉弹性的作用,同时臂踝脉搏波传导速度可用于评估缬沙坦对血管内皮功能的改善程度。
Objective To investigate the effect of valsartan on vascular endothelial function and brachialankle pulse wave velocity ( baPWV ) in patients with essential hypertension ( EH ). Methods Blood pressure, NO value and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity were determined and analyzed in 30 patients with essential hypertension before and after therapy of valsartan. Results Both blood pressure and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity were reduced greatly( P 〈0.05 and P 〈0.01 ) ,while serum NO increased significantly( P 〈0.01 ) following valsartan therapy, and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity was well correlated to serum NO ( r = -0.71, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions Valsartan is not only effective in the control of blood pressure, but also effective in reversing the impaired endothelial function and artery elasticity in patients with essential hypertension, at the same time brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity is also a good surrogate of endothelial functional improvement induced by valsartan therapy.
