2型糖尿病患者磺脲类受体1基因多态性与血脂的相关性研究

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者磺脲类受体(SUR)1基因33外显子Ser1369Ala多态性与血脂的相关性。方法选择新确诊的天津籍汉族T2DM患者166例,取静脉血提取DNA,Taqman荧光定量PCR法测定SUR1基因Ser1369Ala的多态性。按单核苷酸碱基多态性分为tt、cc、ct3组进行血脂水平的比较。结果tt组患者TC、TG、LDL—C明显高于cc、ct组。结论T2DM患者SUR1基因33外显子Ser1369Ala的多态性与TC、TG、LDL—C显著相关。
