Effect of T-lymphocyte subset on lymph node micrometastasis in esophageal cancer patients

摘要 目的通过对食管癌免疫功能与微转移关系的研究,了解免疫功能在食管癌微转移中的作用与地位。方法用流式细胞仪测定外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+比值,选取食管胸中段鳞癌常规病理检查未发现癌细胞转移者淋巴结,免疫组织化学方法检测微转移,将无微转移和有微转移分为两组,对其T淋巴细胞亚群水平进行对比。结果有微转移组CD3^+、CD4^+水平及CD4^+/CD8^+比值明显低于无微转移组,CD8^+水平明显高于无微转移组,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。结论T淋巴细胞亚群与微转移密切相关.低水平CD3^+、CD4^+和高水平CD8^+提示预后较差。 Objective To acknowledge the effect of T-lymphocyte subset on lymph node micrometastasis m esophageal cancer patients by the study of the correlation between T-lymphocyte subset and micrometastasis. Methods CD^3 + ,CD^4 + ,CD^8 + and CD^4 +/CD^8 + were examined in esophageal cancer patients under thoracotomy by flow cytometry, and the micrometastasis were examined by immunohistochemistry in lymph node that were diagnosed as negative for metastases by routine histopathological analysis. Two groups were divided by with- or without micrometastasis ,T-lymphocyte subset were compared with two groups. Results CD^3 + , CD^4 + and CD^4 +/CD^8 + were significantly lower in group with micrometastasis than in group without micrometastasis, CD8^+ was significantly higher in group with micrometastasis than in group without micrometastasis. Conclusion T-lymphocyte subset is closely associated with micrometastasis and low CD^3 + ,CD^4+ and high CD^8+ T-lymphocyte is associated with poor cancerspecific survival.
