试论中国边疆学的研究方法

A Preliminary Study of the Research Methods for China's Borderland Studies

中国边疆学有基础研究与应用研究并重、边疆理论与治边实践并重、边疆历史与边疆现实并重、人文社会科学与自然科学结合、研究成果既有学术意义也有应用价值等特点。由此决定其研究的视角与方法应灵活多样。中国边疆学应继承和发展历史学的研究方法,同时积极借鉴相关学科的研究方法。

China＇s borderland studies has the following traits： the emphasis on both basic research and the application research, the combination of social sciences and natural sciences, the emphasis on both the borderland history and the reality, and the findings with both academic significance and practical significance. Thus, its research perspectives and methods should be flexible with its inheritance of the research methods of historiography and other related disciplines.
