摘要
2008-5-12四川汶川发生里氏8.0级地震,造成特大地震灾害,同时诱发了大量的次生山地灾害,主要包括崩塌、滑坡、泥石流。汶川地震及其次生山地灾害,给灾区的城镇乡村、道路交通、水电工程、生态环境、水土资源以及人民生命财产造成了巨大的危害和破坏。本文初步分析地震发震机制及其影响,同时对次生灾害、灾情进行初步的统计与分析。在此基础上,探讨了灾后重建工作中的科学问题,并提出了相应的对策与建议。
A deadly earthquake with a Richter magnitude of 8.0 occurred on May 12, 2008 in Wenchuan County, Sichuan Province of China. It not only caused a catastrophic disaster, but also resulted in lots of secondary mountain disasters, including collapses, landslides, and debris flows, which caused great damages to houses, roads, hydropower stations, communication facilities, natural resources and environment. This paper gives a preliminarily study on the mechanism and consequences of this earthquake and a statistical analysis of the secondary disasters, and finally discusses the reconstruction problems with some proper suggestions.
