摘要
扩孔钛网阳极具有电流荷载能力较强、在阴极保护中能提供重现性较好的电流、杂散电流少、安装省时省力等特点,在钢筋混凝土结构表面的阴极保护工程中受到了广泛的关注。从扩孔钛网阳极的制造工艺和安装角度对其进行了阐述,认为扩孔钛网阳极是钢筋混凝土外加电流阴极保护中最为理想和最有前途的阳极材料。
The A review is provided of the manufacturing process and installing methods of pore-expanded titanium mesh anodes.It was pointed out that highly pore-expanded titanium mesh anodes were employed widely in cathodic protection systems,in particular,steel-reinforced concrete structures,owing to high current load,uniform current distribution,simple and easy operation,and time-saving installation.This made it feasible for pore-expanded titanium mesh anodes to be used as the most ideal and promising material for the cathodic protection of steel-reinforced concrete in the presence of external current.
