涤纶织物化学复合镀Ni-P-纳米ZnO 被引量:6

Properties of Electroless Ni-P/nano-ZnO Composite Coating on Polyethylene Terephthalate Fabric

摘要 为了研究纳米ZnO微粒对化学镀镍织物电磁波屏蔽和耐磨性能的影响,采用化学复合镀技术制备了Ni-P-ZnO复合镀层。利用SEM、EDX、XRD和TG分析手段对化学镀层的组织特征、相结构转变、热稳定性进行了分析,结果表明:涤纶织物经过纳米ZnO微粒复合镀Ni-P之后,热起始分解温度有所下降;化学镀镍液中添加纳米ZnO微粒后,Ni-P镀层结构没有发生改变;当增重率和镀层成分相同时,镀层致密性对电磁波屏蔽性能影响显著;纳米ZnO微粒的加入使镀速加快,镀层孔隙率增大,致密性变差,Ni-P镀层与纤维基体的结合牢度受到影响,从而使纳米ZnO微粒复合镀Ni-P织物的耐磨性变差。 Electroless Zi-P/nano-ZnO composite coating was prepared on polyethylene terephthalate(PET).The effect of nano-ZnO on the electromagnetic shielding performance and wear resistance of electroless Ni-P coating was investigated.Thus the microstructure,crystallization behavior,and thermal stability of electroless Ni-P/nano-ZnO composite coating were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectrometry(EDS),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and thermogravimetric(TG)analysis.Results indicated that electroless Ni-P/nano-ZnO coating on PET fabric had a lower decomposition temperature than the PET fabric.The structure of electroless Ni-P coating kept almost unchanged after nano-ZnO and/or nano-Fe3O4 particles were incorporated.The shielding effectiveness(SE)of the composite coating was greatly dependent on the compactness.The introduction of nano-ZnO contributed to increasing plating rate and coating porosity,and decreasing the compactness of the coating and its adhesion to the substrate,hence leading to decrease in the wear resistance.
