摘要 为了研究1Cr18Ni9和16MnR异种金属焊接接头的耐腐蚀性能,将焊态和经650℃、2h焊后热处理的异种金属焊接接头试样放在浓度为10%NaOH溶液中进行腐蚀试验,分别对焊态和经650℃、2h热处理后的腐蚀试样进行了EDS分析、腐蚀速度计算、电化学腐蚀以及显微硬度测试。研究结果表明:经650℃、2h焊后热处理的金属接头的腐蚀速度比焊态金属接头的腐蚀速度显著增加;焊接接头在经过650℃、2h焊后热处理,熔合区金属中有新合金相析出,使接头的耐腐蚀性能显著降低。 Corrosion tests of as-welded and post-welding heat-treated(650 ℃,2 h)dissimilar metals 1Cr18Ni9 and 16MnR were conducted in solution of 10% NaOH,and the corrosion resistance of the dissimilar metals welding of 1Cr18Ni9 and 16MnR was examined.Moreover,energy dispersive spectrometric(EDS)analysis,corrosion rate calculation,and electrochemical corrosion and hardness measurements were carried out for both as-welded and post-welding heat-treated samples.Results indicated that the corrosion rate of the welded joints subjected to post-welding heat-treatment at 650 ℃ for 2 h was greatly increased as compared to the as-welded joints.And the corrosion resistance of the heat-treated welding joints was sharply decreased,owing to the generation of new alloy phase in heat-affected metallic fusion zone.
