摘要
铬是水质监测的重要指标,较高浓度对人体有害。采用ICP-AES标准曲线法,测定了电镀铬废水中的铬含量,获得了检测波长为205.560,206.158nm和267.761nm的标准曲线方程。试验结果表明,267.761nm检测波长下,铬离子发射强度大、信背比和灵敏度高,其标准曲线线性相关系数为0.9998,回收率为105.4%,RSD为0.606%~2.559%。采用ICP-AES法测定电镀废水中的铬,结果表明,此方法简便快捷,准确性好,精密度高。
Chromium is an important indicator for monitoring of water quality.In order to determine the chromium content in Cr electroplating wastewater,a standard curve method of inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)was established,and specification curve regression equations at 205.56 nm,206.158 nm,and 267.761 nm were constructed.It was found that at a measurement wavelength of 267.761 nm,a large emission intensity of chrome ions and a high signa1-to-noise ratio and sensitivity were obtained.The corresponding linear correlation coefficient of standard curve of regression equation was as much as 0.999 8,while the recovery rate of the sample and relative standard deviation are 105.4% and 0.606%~2.559%.The established method could be readily used for fast determination of Cr in electroplating wastewater with good accuracy and precision.
