The EU 7th Framework Program and Measures of Technological-Innovation by Greece

欧盟第七框架计划理念发生了变化,计划的实施期限、方法以及资助方式已经做出调整,原因是要提高欧盟整体创新力度,要让创新理念朝着市场化方向发展。希腊相应的对策与措施:改善研究机构的有效管理,集中经济资源,增加对重点研究设施和知识密集领域的投资,调整研究和教育体制,使高等教育创新机制发展带动新兴产业的发展,促进新知识和研究成果的推广。重新定位重点研究领域,使科学研究面向经济和社会的发展。

The concept of EU 7th Framework Program has changed now. It has been adjusted for its duration, method and financial support in order to improve overall EU innovation capacity and lead it to the marketing development. The corresponding policy and countermeasure taken by Greece are to improve the administration of research institutes, concentrate limited funds to allocate them for the key institute facilities and invest them in the knowledge-intensive areas. There should be some adjustments in the systems of research and education in order to develop the innovative system of high education into new industrials. The other measures are to promote the expanding of new knowledge and research achivements and reorient the key research areas in order to make the research ＆ technology open for the development of society and its economy.
