摘要
近年来,我国企业频频遭受美国"337条款调查"。通过对美国海关关税法"337条款"的初步分析,结合我国企业的实际情况,提出企业应对"337条款调查"的基本策略。
In recent years, many Chinese enterprises face a serious problem, which is brought by American ＂Section 337 Investigation＂ . After analyzing the Section 337 （The Customs Tariff Act） , this paper provides some solutions to response the problem of ＂Section 337 Investigation＂ for Chinese enterprises.
