粘接水晶用UV固化胶粘剂的性能研究

摘要 考查了活性单体及偶联剂对紫外光固化胶粘剂的粘接强度、体积收缩率和吸水性的影响。结果表明,官能度高、柔性好的单体TPGDA和偶联剂的加入,有利于提高胶粘剂的粘接强度;活性单体官能度越高,体积收缩率越大;含羟基及醚键的活性单体会使体系吸水性上升。所研制胶粘剂的剪切强度可达19.86 MPa,体积收缩率为10.9%,耐沸水煮的时间大于17 h,在可见光区透光率为86.7%,玻璃化转变温度为77.1℃。 The effects of reactive monomers and couple agent on shear strength and volume shrinkage of the UVcurable adhesive were investigated. It is shown that multifunctional and flexible monomer tripropylene glycol diacrylate(TPGDA) and couple agent can improve shear strength of the UV-curable adhesive. The higher the functionality of active monomer is, the larger the volume shrinkage of UV-curable adhesive is. Reactive monomers with hydroxyl and ether bond can increase water absorption of the PUMA system. For the prepared UV-curable adhesive, shear strength was 19.86 MPa,volume shrinkage was 10.9%, boiling water resistance was over 17 h,transparency at visible light range was 86.7% ,and glass-transition temperature was 77. 1℃.
