摘要
测试并分析了SY-300K胶膜的力学性能,并与国内外同类高温胶膜进行了对比,其力学性能相当或优于其他胶膜。SY-300K胶膜试样经过多种介质浸泡30 d后,剪切强度没有明显变化;经过湿热老化后,室温剪切强度保持率在90%以上,150℃剪切强度保持率为67.2%;经过湿热老化后,剥离强度保持率在95%以上。研究结果表明,SY-300K胶膜的基本性能达到了MMM-A-132和HB 5398—1988的要求。胶膜幅宽约900 mm,可以连续成卷,自粘性良好。
Mechanical properties of SY-300K adhesive film were tested and analyzed, also compared with that of some domestic and foreign similar high temperature film adhesives. RT shear strength of SY-300K is a little lower than data of SY-14A, SY-14C and FM300K ,but 150 ℃ shear strength is higher than that of FM300K. Peel strength of SY-300K is on a level with SY-14A and SY-14C , but higher than that of FM300K. Thermal aging performance of SY-300K is better than that of FM300K . Shear strength specimens of SY-300K after immersed in some media for 30 days showed no clear changes. After hot-wet aging, RT shear strength of SY-300K remained over 90 percent and 67.2 percent for 150 ℃ shear strength , and also RT peel strength remained over 95 percent. Results showed that the performance of SY-300K adhesive film can meet the requirements of MMM-A-132 and HB 5398. SY-300K adhesive film can be made in width of 900 mm. SY-300K adhesive film has properties of continuous rolling packaged and good self-adhesion .
