巯基/烯紫外光固化胶粘剂 被引量:1

摘要 巯基/烯紫外光聚合反应是指含有两个以上巯基(-SH)的单体与含有不饱和碳碳双键(-C=-C)单体之间的自由基逐步聚合反应,与(甲基)丙烯酸光引发自聚合反应相比,其优点主要是氧气对巯基/烯光聚合的阻聚作用较小、延迟了凝胶现象的发生、单体转化率较高、光引发剂用量较少。在巯基/烯光聚合反应中,当体系交联形成网状结构时,单体转化率较高,并且发生在液相(凝胶前)时的体积收缩,致使最终形成的交联网状结构的内应力较小,所形成的硫醚键与多种被粘物(尤其是金属)的粘合力很强,粘接性能优异。采用多官能降冰片烯与多巯基化合物可制得层压胶。美国NorLand公司生产的巯基/烯紫外光固化胶,
