网格结构用橡胶模具胶粘剂研究

摘要 研究了一种网格结构用橡胶模具胶粘剂。该胶粘剂主要以RTV-141橡胶为基体,以沉淀法白炭黑为增强填料。测试了白炭黑含量、催化剂用量对橡胶拉伸性能及凝胶时间的影响,并确定了该胶粘剂的组成。研制的橡胶胶粘剂具有适宜的适用期、较高的拉伸强度、邵氏A硬度和较低的线收缩率及密度,完全满足制作网格模具用硅橡胶胶粘剂的要求。 The rubber mould adhesive for grid structure was investigated in this paper. RTV-141 rubber was selected as the matrix and precipitated silica as the reinforcement filler. Effects of precipitated silica content and catalyst content alyzer on tensile properties and gelalion time of the rubber were tested, as a result, the composition of the adhesive was determined. The rubber formulation has proper operating time, high tensile properties and Shore A hardness,low linear shrinkage and density, It can completely meet the demand for silicon rubber mould for grid structure.
