摘要
介绍了口腔用生物胶粘剂的研究现状,提出了口腔用胶粘剂的技术要求与目前存在的问题及对策。重点介绍了贻贝海洋生物粘接蛋白(BP)的基础研究及其应用前景,对其主要成分与作用进行了综述。应用基因重组技术是目前制备BP最有效、最经济的方法,可以解决天然胶难保存、获取量小的缺点,为未来生物胶粘剂的制备奠定技术基础。深信基因重组等新技术制备的仿生物胶粘剂,不久将有可能应用于医学与口腔临床。
The research situation of bioadhesives in dental field was introduced. The requirements, existing problems and prescriptions for dental adhesives were analyzed. Here, the applicable prospect of mussel bio-adhesive, particularly, the components and their functions were emphatically summarized. At present, the gene reconstruction technique is the most useful and economic way to produce bioadhesive protein from marine biomaterials. Based on the method, not only the problems of storage difficulty and resource limitation can be avoided,but also the preparation of future bio-adhesives could be established, The bioadhesive produced by the gene reconstruction method may be used in medical and dental treatments in near future.
