摘要
将科研成果与人才培养进行有机结合,对应用型本科人才培养的实践实验教学作了有益的尝试。介绍了基于焊接自动化系统的机械电子工程专业创新型实验设计,阐述了该系统的构成和原理,具体说明了所设计的五个实验的内容和特点。实践证明该研究平台能够提供学生接触主流技术的机会,增强学生对机电一体化系统的感性认识,提高学生的创新能力和解决控制、信号分析、机电接口技术等方面问题的能力。
The organic combination of achievements in scientific research with the fostering of personnel is a useful exploration into the practice and experiment teaching of application - oriented graduates. This paper introduces the innovative experiment of electromechanical major based on the welding automation system, discusses the structure and principle of the system and specifically explains the content and characteristics of five experiments designed by us, The practice shows that the research platform can provide students with opportunity of contacting mainstream technology, increase students'perceptual knowledge of electromechanical integration system and improve their innovative ability and ability to solve problems in control, signal analysis and electromechanical interfacing technology.
