对《国民体质测定标准》中台阶试验应用的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 台阶试验是《国民体质测定标准》规定的成年组(20~59周岁)必测项目,目的是评价人体心血管系统机能水平:通过研究及参与第二次国民体质监测实践,研究显示:台阶试验指数不能有效地评价不同体重受试者的心血管功能;不能有效地反映心脏功能的增龄性变化规律及其性别差异;亦不能有效地综合评价人体心肺功能。台阶试验应用过程中存在程序复杂、不易迅速准确掌握、器材不过关等一系列问题,说明它是一项不够成熟的体质监测项目,有待研究和改进。 The steps experiment is the inevitable examination project for grown -up group (aged 20 - - -59) stipulated in Standard for Measuring the people's Physical Constitution for the purpose of evaluating the function of physical cardiovascular system. By research and participation in the second supervision and test of people'physique, the research shows that steps experiment index can not effectively evaluate cardiovascular function of subjects with different weight, reflect the age - increasing change law and sex difference of heart function and comprehensively evaluate the function of heart and lung. The steps experiment has a series of problems in the course of application such as complicated procedure, uneasiness to control and insufficient quality of equipment, which show that it is not mature physical supervision and examination project and needs further research and improvement.
