摘要
研究发现轮齿压力角的增大,对提高齿轮强度有利,而且非标准压力角(α≠20°)的齿轮在国际上已有不少应用。在此基础上,文中对齿轮强度与压力角的变化规律进行了分析,计算得出齿轮获得最佳强度时轮齿压力角的适宜值。
The research result shows that increasing the pressure angle of gear tooth can improve its strength and the gears with nonstandard pressure angle have been used internationally. On the bases, the variation relationship between gear strength and pressure angle is analyzed in this paper and the suitable value of gear tooth pressare angle has been gained after obtaining an optimal gear strength through the calculation.
