摘要
利用光镜、透射电镜和计算机图像分析系统对180日龄高原牦牛肺泡组织结构进行观测,并与180日龄平原黄牛的肺泡组织结构做比较。结果表明:180日龄高原牦牛肺泡组织结构与180日龄平原黄牛的基本相同,但180日龄高原牦牛肺泡表现出快速发育的结构特点。180日龄高原牦牛单位面积内肺泡面积显著大于180日龄平原黄牛相应值(P<0.05),但两组动物肺泡隔厚度、单个肺泡面积和单位面积内肺泡数之间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。180日龄高原牦牛气-血屏障的算术平均厚度和调和平均厚度均显著小于180日龄平原黄牛(P<0.05),表现出高原牦牛气-血屏障适应高原低氧的组织学结构特点。
The pulmonary alveoli of 180 days old yak was observed and measured by microscope, TEM and image analysis system. The data were compared with 180 days old cattle' s alveoli. The results indicated that histology structure of pulmonary alveoli 180 days old yak were similar with cattle' s, but the pulmonary alveoli of 180 days old yak had the characteristics of fast development and growth . The alveoli area in unit area of 180 days old yak was significantly bigger (P 〈 0.05 ) than the 180 days old cattle's. The differences of alveolar septum thickness, mean single alveolar area and alveolar numbers were no significance ( P 〉 0.05 ) between two groups. Arithmetic mean thickness and harmonic mean thickness of blood - air barrier of 180 days old yak were thinner signi - ficantly than 180 days old cattle's,and it was a histological structure characteristic of blood -air barrier of yak that adapted to plateau hypoxia.
