摘要
为了探讨藏雪莲水提取物对小白鼠组织内GSH-PX活性的影响,将100只小白鼠随机分为高、中、低剂量组和对照组,连续24天分别灌服不同剂量的藏雪莲水提取物和生理盐水,测定肝、肺、心肌和骨骼肌内GSH-PX活性。结果显示:中剂量组小白鼠的体重高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);高剂量组的骨骼肌、各剂量组的心肌和低剂量组的肝其GSH-PX活性显著高于对照组,差异极显著(P<0.01);高、中剂量组的肝和中剂量组骨骼肌的GSH-PX活性高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);对照组肺的GSH-PX活性高于各剂量组,差异极显著(P<0.01)。表明藏雪莲能够提高小白鼠肝、心肌和骨骼肌中GSH-PX活性。
To study the effects of Tibetan Saussurea water extract on the activity of GSH - PX in mouse tissues, 100 mice were randomly divided into high -dose group, middle dose group, Iow - dose group and the control group. The activity of GSH - PX in liver, lung, cardiac muscle and skeletal muscle after oral administration of different doses Tibetan Saussurea water extract on treatment groups and saline water on control group for 24 days were determined, respectively. The results indicated that the activity of GSH - PX in skeletal muscle of high - dose group and cardiac muscle of all treatment groups and liver low -dose group were significantly higher than that of control group(P 〈 0. 01 ). The activity of GSH - PX inliver of high - dose group and middle - dose group and skeletal muscle of middle - dose group were higher than that of control group, and the difference was extremely remarkable ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . The activity of GSH - PX in lung of all treatment groups were lower obviously than that of control group( P 〈 0. 01 ). The results showed that Tibetan Saussurea water extract can increase the activit of GSH - PX.
