摘要 以丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、蒙脱土(MMT)、尿素为原料,采用反相悬浮法制备了农用复合吸水性树脂,研究了单体配比、油水比、蒙脱土用量对树脂吸水性的影响,并考察了树脂的保水性和缓释性。结果显示,当单体配比为2∶1,油水比为3∶1,蒙脱土用量为10%时,树脂具有较好的吸水性和保水性,并能使得尿素缓慢释放。 The agricultural superabsorbent composite based on acrylic acid, acrylamide, montmorillonite and urea was prepared by inverse suspension polymerization. The effects of monomer ratio, oil/ water phase ratio and the amount of montmorillonite on the characteristics of absorbent composite were investigated. Meanwhile, the properties of water retention and slow release were studied The results were shown. The best polymerization conditions were that: monomer ratio was 2 : 1, oil/ water phase ratio was 3 : 1, the amount of montmorillonite was 10%. The agricultural superabsorbent composite not only has well water absorption and retention, but also can release urea slowly.
